EASEMENT RENEWAL
WHEREAS, an Easement was granted to MAJOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, on September 24, 1970, from ST. LUCIE
VETS, INC., anon-profit corporation, which Easement by its terms
.extended ten years with an option to renew for an additional ten
years; and
WHEREAS, the Easement was recorded in 0. R. Book 187, pages
1042 through 1045; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the servient estate is as
follows:

THEREFORE, MAJOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES, INC. hereby renews said
Easement for a period of ten years upon the same terms and conditions
as the•prime term of said Easement, said period beginning on Septem-
ber 25, 1980, and continuing through September 24, 1990.
