In re the Adoption of
CHAD EVERETT SENTERS, ;
a minor
ORDER
THIS CAUSE having been heard by the Court, on the verified Petition for
Adoption herein filed and the consent of tl~e natural mother of said child, and
the natural father being unknown at the present time, and it appearing that the
best interest of the child will be promoted by this adoption, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED THAT the person known as CHAD EVERETT HEDRICK is declared to be
the legal child of PetitionertStepfather, RICHARD L. SENTERS, and is given the
name of CHAD EVERETT SENTERS, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it
is further
ADJUDGED THAT said CHAD EVERETT SENTERS shall be the child and legal
heir of the Petitioner, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to
~ all obligations of a child born to Petitioner/Stepfather RICHARD L. SENTERS and
MARY R. SENTERS, his wife, in lawful wedlock.
