FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This Action came on for hearing on the 6th day of December, 1979, r
upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioners,
ARTHUR ROY KIRCHMAN and GLENDA LOU KIRCHMAN, his wife, and upon the
recommendation for adoption and consent by the CHILDREN'S HOME SOCIETY
OF'FLORIDA and upon the answer filed by the Florida Department of '
F
Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it appearing to the Court that
the minor children
the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt
sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of the children will be
promoted by the adoption, and that the children are suitable for
adoption by the Petitioners, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
~ in the premises, it is:
~ ADJUDGED that the minor children known as TRACY MICHELLE KIRCHMAN ~
E and PAUL TAYLOR KIRCHMAN are declared to be the legal children of the
Petitioners, ARTHUR ROY KIRCHMAN and GLENDA LOU KIRCHMAN, his wife,
and are given the names of TRACY MICHELLE KIRCHMAN and PAUL TAYLOR KIRCHMAN
by which names they shall hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that said children shall be the child and legal heirs of
the Petitioners, ARTHUR ROY KIRCHMAN and GLENDA LOU KIRCHMAN, his wife,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations

of children born to Petitioners.
