to the covenants, condition, restrictions, terms, and

documents.
2. That pursuant to the provisions of the said Declaration of
Condominium of Sea palms Condominium, .Inc., ap amended, and the
supportiAg documents: the Association does hereby express its approval
of the aforesaid sale and purchase subject nevertheless to the
covenants, restrictions, limitations, oonditions and uses, terms and
other previsions of the said Declaration as amended, and other
condominium instruments as so recorded.
