JOHNSON, et. ux., recorded in Official Records Book 269, Page 534, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Subject to an easement to Sinclair Refining Company's easement for ingress and egress, the same being a triangular-shaped piece of property being 20 feet wide on the north end and 1.12 feet long, said triangle tapering to the south. Grantors hereby reserve an easement for ingress and egress over the West 30 feet of the South 150 feet and over the North 30 feet of the South 180 feet of the above described property, said easement connecting with the existing access easement to Midway-Road.
