has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA: t
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO f
CORPORATION. said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain Iot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded In Official Record Book 300
Page 1460 .Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Unit 6 Block b5 Lot 4
in the name of: Don R. Baker
and now held in the name of: Mr & Mrs Cline
