PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, Made this~day of December, 1979, 1
BETWEEN JAMES E. ELLIOTT, as Personal Representative of the
Florida Estate of M. Jeanette Smith, deceased, of the County
of Pinellas, State of Florida, grantor, and FLORENCE MELENDY ? }
and NENA ENGALDO, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, whose post office
address is 312 Rosedale Avenue, Savanna, Illinois 61074,
grantees, t
WITNESSETH, that said grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations Q
to said grantor in hand paid by said grantees, the receipt whereof /1

said grantees, and grantees' heirs, and assigns forever, the !
following described property, situate, lying and being in _

Circuit Court, Probate #79-1020-3E and more particularly
- made pursuant to an Order entered therein dated the 29th
I day of '~ovember, 1979, authorizing JAMES E. ELLIOTT, as
- Personal Representative of the Estate of M. Jeanette -

THIS PROPERTY PASSES TO THE GRANTEES UNDER THE TERMS OF
THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF M. JEANETTE SMITH, DECEASED,
AND THERE IS NO CONSIDERATION PASSING BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
