~ TRUST AGREEMENT made this 30th day of November, 1979,
~i between DIANA L. APPELL, of Bedford, Aiiddlesex County,
Massachusetts (hereinafter called the "Grantor"), and ROGER t~.
~i APPELL of Bedford Diiddlesex Count Diassachusetts hereinafter
, , Y ,
called the "Trustee").
1. The Grantor hereby transfers and delivers to the
Trustee the property listed in Schedule A, hereto annexed, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Trustee, upon the
express terms and conditions and with.the powers and limitations
hereinafter set forth, Additional property may from time to time
be transferred by the Grantor or by any other person or persons
to the Trustee with his consent, and such property shall there-
upon become a part of the trust estate and shall be held, managed,
invested, and reinvested, and disposed of on the same terms and
conditions as the property originally transferred.
2, The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest

~ the trust estate and shall collect and receive the interest,
f ~~income, and profits therefrom for the benefit of MARCY HELAINE
i APPELL, daughter of the Grantor, born October 15, 1963, upon the
a ~ following terms:
(a) The Trustee may distribute to, or expend for
the benefit of MARCY HELAINE APPELL, until she attains the age

~ of twenty-one (21) years, so much of the principal and the
i
ii current or accumulated income therefrom, at such time or times
I;
Nand in such amounts and manner as the Trustee, in his sole dis-
Icretion, shall determine. Any amounts of income which the
i
Trustee shall determine not to distribute to or expend for the
'benefit of t1ARCY HELAINE APPELL may he accumulated.
