TEMPORARY
ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 7th day of December,
1979, upon the motion for a temporary order of custody and
possession of the marital. home and the Wife and Husband being
present, and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard
the testimony and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that PAMELA MAYSHARK LEWIE and CHARLES
RICHARD LEWIE shall have joint custody of the minor child,
MELANIE ANNE LEWIE; it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband, CHARLES RICHARD

LEWIE, shall have the right to pick up the child from Monkey

! Tree Child Care Center or from such other child care center;

~ it is further
! ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Wife is awarded possession
of the marital home located at 8308 Deland Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, subject to the Husband's right to take the child to the
marital home and stay with the child at the marital home until
the Wife returns from work or school at which time the Husband

shall vacate the premises; it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Husband shall vacate the marital
home on Sunday, December 9, 1979 at 12:00 o'clock noon, and when

~ the Husband vacates the marital home he may take with him his
personal possessions only, and all other jointly owned possessions
shall remain in the marital home and neither party shall dispose
of the same; it is further
