NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the _~day
of A . D . , 19 79 , by MICHAEL A . LOMBARDI
and ROSALIE A. LOMBARDI, his wife, -vs- KENNETH JENSEN and
WILLIAM ROY DAVIDSON, Defendants. The property involved is that
certain lot, parcel, or piece of land situate, lying and being .
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows: _
Lots 2, 3, 4, 13 and 14, and that
portion of Lot 7, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East side
of Lot 7, where it joins the North
line of Lot 4, run South along said
East line of Lot 7, 40.9 feet to the
' corner of said Lot 7, thence run Northwesterly
~ along the South line of said Lot 7,
a distance of 76.1 feet; thence run
East to the Point of Beginning; all
lying and being in Block 13, PINEWOOD,
according to the plat thereof,. as recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 24,~of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Excepting from the above-described tract,
~ the East 7 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 4, deeded
~ to the City of Fort Pierce, for street
purposes.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the reformation of a
certain Purchase Money Third Mortgage to conform to the original
e intentions of the parties to said Purchase Money Third Mortgage as
expressed in a certain Contract for Sale dated March 8, 1979, and
for other and further and general relief as set forth in the _
Complaint.
