THIS AGREEMENT between JEFFREY M. DANIEL
(Borrower) and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender), ;a
' W I T N E S S E T H, that
IaHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
in the principal amOUnt Of Twenty-seven Thousand and No/100
Dollars (27,000.00)
evidenced by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan ,

WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify certain j

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other
