SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that N. RICHARD SCHOPP,
holder of a certain mortgage given by OTIS L. PROPST and MARJORIE
J. PROPST, his wife to TREASURE COAST BUILDERS bearing date the
27th day of February, A.D. 1978, recorded in Official Records Book
288, pages 251 through 253, in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State. of Florida; given to
secure the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Dollars ($1,440.00),
evidenced by a certain note, upon the following described property,
situate,-lying and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 753, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 18, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13,

has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby

the Clerk of said Court to cancel the same of record.
