Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to a mortgage in the amount of $22,000.00 given by Thomas A. Jacobson
and Sandra K. Jacobson, his wife, to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, dated August 9, 1978, filed August 16, 1978, in O. R. Book 292,
page 1492, of the Public Records of St. Lucie. County, Florida, which mortgage
the grantee herein agrees to assume and pay. _ _
