East 70.0 feet along the South line of said Section to a point on the
East right-of-way ?inc ^f State Road A-1-A= thence run North 1183.30
feet along said right-of-way line to a point= thence run East 316.5
feet to the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning run along the centerline of a 12_
foot utility easement with 6 feet lying on each side of the centerline
and said centerline more particularly described as follows:
run West 274.0 feet to a point herein designated as point number One (1)=
thence run North 322.0 feet to a point of termination on Easement #16 as
recorded in official record book 296 page 1514 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
