BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOE L. KRCHNAK and JOSEPH M. CONNORS, to me well known to be the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument as
President and Secretary, respectively, of OCEAN VILLAGE PROPERTY
OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation, and
they severally acknowledged before me that they executed such
.instrument as such officers of said corporation, and that the
seal affixed therEto is the corporate seal of said corporation,
