CASSENS, ' DECEASED. / FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard upon the claims filed by L. W. Halbe and Jeffrey S. Furst, the foregoing estate having been reopened for the purpose of determining the validity and the ~?mount of the claim filed by said parties, and the court having considered all of the evidence and argument of counsel, finds and determines: 1. That the estate was distributed to Marion W. Cassens, the surviving spouse of Rudolph F. Cassens, deceased. 2. shat the claim of L. W. Halbe and Jeffrey S. Furst were properly and timely filed and constitute legal obligations of the estate and the distributee of the estate Marion W. Cassens, it is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Jeffrey S. Furst shall have and i ~ recover the sum of Twelve Hundred ($1,200) dollars from the estate of Rudolph F. Cassens, deceased or the distributee of said assets i of the estate Marion W. Cassens, together with a legal rate of c interest from the date of this Judgment, for all of which let ex- ecution issue. FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that L. W. Halbe shall have and recover the sum of Twelve Hundred ($1,200) dollars for services rendered as an appraiser to the estate plus cost advanced of One Hundred Thirty-Six dollars and 33/100 ($136.33) for a total of r ~ Thirteen Hundred Thirty-Six dollars and 33/100 ($1,336.33) from the a` ~ estate of Rudolph F.
