THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition For
Discharge And Distribution fi~.ed by ELAINE R. GERMAN, Personal
Representative and as sole devisee and beneficiary under the Last
Will And Testament of the decedent, and the Court finding that
ELAINE R. HERMAN as the sole beneficiary under the Last Will And
Testament of the decedent has filed a Waiver Of Accounting And
Service Of Petitior, Fax Discharge And Consent To Discharge Of
Personal Representative, and the Court finding that upon the sworn ~ .
Petition For Discharge And Distribution that the claims of creditors
have been paid or otherwise disposed of and that the Personal Repre-

sentative should be discharged, it is thereupon

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

~ 1. That the Petition For Discharge, be, and is hereby
ordered granted.

- 2. That all of the assets of the Estate of ALBERT GERMAN,

whether real, personal or mixed, be, and are hereby ordered distributed
to ELAINE R. HERMAN, the sole beneficiary under the Last Will And _
Testament of ALBERT HERMAN, and it be, and is hereby further
ordered that ELAINE R. GERMAN is the only person who is entitled
to receive distribution of assets from the Estate of ALBERT HERMAN,
deceased. It be, and is hereby further ordered that any and all
interest of the decedent, ALBERT HERMAN, in real and/or personal

property in the SCHWARTZ SYNDICATE and the PICHOWSKI SYNDICATE is
hereby distributed to ELAINE R. GERMAN, and it be, and is hereby
