THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, ~
• JOHN BOLAND, of the City of Toronto, in the Municipality of
l~atropolitan Toronto, Province of Ontario, made this 1st day of
September 1976.
1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills or other
testamentasy dispositions by me at any time heretofore made end
' declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament.
• 2. I DIRECT all my just debts, funeral and

testaaratary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executor
hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
3. I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT IRVING HIN~L,
Q.C. to be the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
4. I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my Estate, real
I and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my dear friend

MRS. ALICE FABIAN, who resides at the present time at 19 Ironwood
Road, Weston, Ontario, provided that she survives nre for a period
of sixty (60) days. s
5. _ IN THE EVENT that my dear friend MRS. ALICE
FABIAN shall not survive me by more than sixty (60) days from the

date of my death, then I direct my Executor to give all my Estate,
real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever situate to her son,
• PETER FABIAN who resides at the present time at 19 Ironwood Road,
a ~ 1Qeston, Ontario. j
6. I DIRECT my Executor to use his discretion in the
yrealization of my Estate and empower him to sell, call in and convert
