AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will and Testament of JOHN BOLAND, deceased, having
been duly admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate Court, of
the Judicial District of Milton, Province of Ontario, Canada, a
Court of probate jurisdiction; and .the Court finding. that the
Will of the decedent compleis with the laws of Florida as to form
and execution, and that it devises real property located in this
County, owned by the decedent at the time of his death; said
property described as
Lot 33, Block 254, Port St. Lucie, Section 6, according to
the Plan thereof as recorded in Plan Book 12, Page 36A thru
36D of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
II and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
f the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate,
in the proper court of the domiciliary country have been filed
herein by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and F
Testament of JOHN BOLAAID, deceased, is admitted to probate
according to law, as for the last will of the decedent, and it
is further
ADJUDGED that Robert J. Gorman, is appointed personal repre- 1
sentative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking the
' prescribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and
acceptance, ancillary letters of administration shall be issued.
