I also certify that the Federal Tax Lien against all property and rights of property belonging to James and Patsy Reilly, Patsy Reilly, 299 Brunson Ct., Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, based on an assessment of 1040 tax for the year 1971_ against James ~ Patsy Reilly, Patsy Reilly, did not attach, and does not now 8 attach, to the following described property: Lot 13, Block 4, FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 29, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Notice of the lien in the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-two and 68/100 dollars ($652.68) was filed on September 12, 1975, with Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, Clerk's number 316677, Book 243, Page 2023, as provided by Section 6323 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. The reason for this action is that it has been determined that James B. (deceased), SSN 086=22-1785, and Frances C. Reilly are not liable for tax under the above assessment.
