SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's
Motion for Summary Judgment and the court after having heard
argument of counsel and considering Defendant's Memorandum of
Law and Plaintiff's Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant's
Memorandum of Law and in reviewing the case of Blumin vs.
Ellis, 186 So 2d 286 (2d DCA 1966) and the court being fully

advised in the premises, it is thereupon;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this court finds that
neither a Personal Representative nor a Beneficiary can be a
bona fide purchaser for value and that Plaintiff is entitled
to and does have an equitable lien on certain real property
legally described as follows:

Lot 2, Block 19, Plat No. 1, INDRIO, UNIT NO. 1, a
subdivision as per plat thereof, on file in Plat Book
5, page 42 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and also
