AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINOUS MARRIAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST.LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
HARRIET E, CONRAD, who after being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That she has personal knowledge of the facts contained
in this affidavit.
2. That she is the daughter of HARRY F. HUNTZINGER and
LOTTIE HUNT~INGER, his wife, who on April 25, 1938 obtained title
by Warranty Deed from J. AL. SMITH and MARY B. SMITH, to certain

real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, legally described as
follows: - ~
a tract 40 feet x 200 feet being the North
one half of what was formerly Charlotte Street
on plat of White City 1-ying between. Blocks 7 and
• 8 and being the west 200 feet as shown by plat
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit s
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. '

3. That HARRY F. HUNTZINGER and LOTTIE HUNTZINGER were ~
continuously married from the date of acquisition of the aforesaid
property until the date of death of HARRY F. HUNTZINGER on January
17,.1947, a certified copy of the death certificate of HARRY F.

HUNTZINGER being attached to this affidavit.
