WITNESSETH: that said First Parties, for and in consideration of the sum of

to us in hand paid by Second Parties, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said Second Parties the following- described premises, to wit : Situated in District

as Lot 4, Block 77 of PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 28 a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 7 of the public

BEING the same property conveyed to Mitchell G. Gilliland by deed
dated May 24, 1977 and of record in Deed Book 270, page 2408 in the
Register's Office of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to and there is expressly excepted from
the warrant hereof the following: All protective covenants, restrictions,
~ easements and rights of way of record and zoning ordinances affecting
the above described Property; in particular those certain restrictions
of record in Deed Book 145, page 207 and Book 14, page 7 thereof in ~
the aforesaid public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. All prior
oil, gas and mineral reservations, conveyances or leases of record
as pertain to the subject property.
