"Subject to a mortgage to The Lanes and Nettleton Company, a Connecticut Corporation,
dated March 21, 1979 and filed March 27, 1979, in Official Records Book 305, page 2438,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the sten of X65;000.00, which sum
Lawrence 0. Sunmerlin and Elizabeth J. Stmmerlin, his wife expressly assumes and agrees
to pay all the obligations of Charles R. Croghan, Jr. and Rose Marie Croghan, his wife
under the teams of the instrtanents creating the loan to indemnify the Veterns
Administration to the extent of any claim payment arising from the guaranty or
insurance of the indebtedness above mentioned; as provided by Title 38, Chapter 37,
Section 1801, et seq., U. S. C.A., and the Regulations promulgated pursuant thereto."
