be, and is hereby further ordered that this Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction to hear and determine the merits of a Motion
For Charging Lein filed by BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law,
Chartered and/or JOHN B. CULVERHOUSE. It be, and is hereby
further ordered that BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
shall receive notice of all further proceedings in this cause.
