ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Defendant's Motion
to Revalidate Subpoenas, and the Court being advised in the premises,

does hereby
ORDER AND ADJUDGE that witness subpoenas for trial served
by Defendant, KENILWORTH INSURANCE COMPANY, requiring witnesses to
appear before this Court at the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft.
Pierce, Florida on November 26, 1979 at 9:30 a.m., to testify in
the above styled cause, are hereby revalidated, and witnesses upon
whom subpoenas for trial were previously served are hereby commanded
to appear before the Honorable Charles E. Smith, Judge of this Court ~
at the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft. Pierce, Florida on December
