STIPULATION OF SUBSITUTION OF COUNSEL
THIS INSTRUMENT is a written memorandum of the proceedings
before the Court wherein the undersigned attorneys did stipulate and
agree to the subsitution of THEODORE W. HERZOG, Esquire, of the law
firm of GRALL AND HERZOG, P.A., as counsel for JOHN B. CULVERHOUSE
and BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, with respect to
representation of BROWNLEE AND ASSOCIATES, INC., in this cause. It
~ was further stipulated and agreed to between counsel before the Court

~ that this subsitution would not prejudice in any way any claim that

JOHN B. CULVERHOUSE and/or BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered,
have or may have against BROWNLEE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. for a charging
lien. It was also further stipulated and agreed to with the approval
of the Court that the Court in this case would retain jurisdiction
over the Notice Of Intent To File Charging Lien and also would retain
jurisdiction in this cause to hear and determine the merits of a
Motion For A Charging Lien. It is further agreed that the subsitution '
of counsel is with the consent of the Plaintiff.
