O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court upon the
i
foregoing written Memorandum of Stipulation and Agreement of Counsel
which took place before the Court on October 17, 1979, and based upon
the stipulation entered into among the counsel at said hearing, and
the Court finding that the subsitution of counsel is with the consent
of the Plaintiff, BROWNLEE AND ASSOCIATES, INC., and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
B
1. That the Stipulation for subsitution of counsel entered
into before the Court on October 17, 1979, and as reduced to writing
in the foregoing Memorandum, be, and is hereby ordered approved.
2. That it be, and is hereby further ordered that THEODORE
W. HERZOG, Esquire, of the law firm of GRALL AND HERZOG, P.A., shall
be subsituted for BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Attorney at Law, Chartered, and
JOHN B. CULVERHOUSE, as the attorney for BROWNLEE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. '
3. That it be, and is hereby further ordered that this
