FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on in due course for trial and a jury of six (6) lawful jurors having been empanelled, and said jury having been sworn to well and truly try the issues in this cause and a true verdict render according to the law and the evidence, and the jury having heard the evidence introduced, charges of the Court, argument of counsel for the respective parties, and having retuned to consider their verdict, did return to open Court on the 28th day of November, 1979, and rendered the following verdict: "WE, the Jury, return the following verdict: 1.
