together with all appurtenances thereto together with an undivided interest
in the common elements and limited common elements thereof.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements
of record; applicable zoning ordinances, taxes and assessments for the year
1979, and subsequent years.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage from Robert C. Brady to Citizens Federal
Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County-dated January 18, 1977,
recorded February 7, 1977, in O.:t. Book 263, page 1887, of the Public

j of $24,000.00, which the grantees herein expressly assume and agree to pay,
