valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, alisru, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain Innd situate in St . Lucie
County, Fbrida. viz:
Condominium Unit E, Building No. 910, TOGETHER WITH its appurtenances, HIGH
POINT OF SORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM, Section One, a condominium, St. Lucie
County, Florida, according to Declaration of Condominium, including all its •
exhibits recorded in O.R. Book 230, page 2201, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is subject to all terms, conditions, provisions, covenants, ease-
ments, liens, & agreements set forth in Declaration of Condominium for High
Point of Fort Pierce Condominium, Section One, dated August 1, 1974, and
long term lease recorded in O.R. Book 226, page 558, as amended in O.R.
Book 231, page 2091, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is also given subject to that mortgage held by First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of Fort Pierce encumbering subject property which grantees
herein assume and agree to pay.
