ation of the sum of Six Hundred Nine and no/100 Dollars ($609.00) DO
Hereby Release and Discharge in full compromise settlement any and
all property, real, personal or otherwise, now owned or hereafter
to be acquired, from the lien, operation and effect of that certain
estreature of bail bonds in the County Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, on 1 March 1979 and Final Judgment as recorded in The
Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Book 317 page 2284,
by the State of Florida for the use and benefit of St. Lucie County,
Florida, against Joseph Marshall, All Florida Bonding and American
Druggists' Insurance Company, General Agent, Pioneer Bonding and
Insurance Agency Agency, Inc.
