THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Defendants' Motion for Final
Summa Judgment and-the Court having heard argument of counsel for the

parties, and the Court being of the opinion that the pleadings, depositions,

and affidavits filed herein establish the existence of probable cause for the

arrest of the Plaintiff, EUGENE CARTER, and the Court, however, in response
i
to request of counsel for Plaintiff does hereby
ORDER AND ADJUDGE that a ruling on the Defendants' Motion be and
hereby is reserved and Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date
i
~ herein stated within which to serve his Memorandum of Law in opposition to ~

Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendants shall have ten (10)
days subsequent thereto within which to file their Memorandum in response
thereto.
