FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on for final hearing and the Court having
heard the testimony of the parties and their respective witnesses,
and argument of Counsel, the Court finds that the Plaintiff has
failed to prove by the greater weight of the evidence the allegations
contained in his complaint, more specifically,that he had obtained
the financing required by the contract of sale.
WHEREFORE, Judgment is entered for the Defendant and against
the Plaintiffs, with costs assess d against the Plaintiffs.
