After due notice by or to all parties effected, on
December 3, 1979, a Pre-Trial Conference was held in the above
ICI captioned matter; it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
k 1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS .were made as follows:
~ a) That the Plaintiff, CARPET SHOWCASE, IIJC. has
complied with all statutory prerequisites with respect to the
Mechanic's Lien which it has filed against the real property
owned by the Defendants, JOSEPH PIAZZA and LUCY PIAZZA, his wife.
Said Lien being recorded in Official Record Book 296, Page 2046,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on October 26,
1978, is a valid Mechanic's Lien and encumbers the following
real property owned by the Defendants, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 176, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE,
UNIT 11, as per plat thereof on file
as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 15,
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

b) The sole issue remaining to be tried by the Court
is whether the Plaintiff, CARPET SHOWCASE, INC. was in direct
