THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before the Court on
Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of an Order Validating Subpoenas
heretofore issued by any of the parties_in the above-styled
cause and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all trial subpoenas heretofore
~ issued in the above-styled cause be and the same are hereby
~ validated and returnable for the trial in the above-cause now

~ set for trial during the week of January 21, 1980, and furnishing
a copy of this Order on said witnesses shall be considered to
be sufficient notice of the existence of this Order.
