FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER having come on this day for final
hearing upon the Complaint filed by Plaintiff and the Answer
filed by the Defendant thereto, and the Court, after having
heard the testimony of the parties and witnesses adduced by
both sides, finds:
The interior design work in the Fee, Koblegard &
Teel office building was done by Mrs.~Cox, the president of
Accent on Design, Inc. The procurement of that business was
by Mrs. Cox, and the negotiations of that contract were by Mrs.
Cox. The Plaintiff-has failed to prove by the greater weight
of the evidence that there was an oral contract entitling her

j to a com®ission on the Fee, Koblegard ~ Teel office building.

It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, Cathy Swider,
take nothing by this action and that Defendant, Accent on
Design, Inc. go hence without day and recover its costs;
DONE and ORDERED in Cha rs at Vero Beach, Indian
River County, Florida this / ay of December, 1979.
