This matter comdng on to be heard on the 28th day of November, 1979,
on the Wife's motion far te~orary relief and the parties havil~g been present t
t and represented by camsel, and the Cain having heard the evidence and being
otherwise fully advised in the prerdses, it is thereupon: _ {

~ ORDER Atm ADITtIDG'ID as follows :
1. GU.SPODY.` That the wife retains custody of the minor children,
to wit : STF'VFN TOML.Il~1, age 11 years , and JOHN 1CNII.Il~1, age 8 years , with

visitation awarded to the husband every other weekend from Friday at 6:00 p.m. j

until Sunday at 8:00 p.m., comoencing on Friday, December 7, 1979 until final

i? hearing in this matter, or f>.n•ther Order of this Cast . The husband shall be
• entitled to reasonable rights of telephone visitation with the minor children
of the parties. The wife shall have custody of the minor children during the
first week of the Christmas holiday, to include (~Iristmas Day, and the husband
~ ` shall have visitation with the minor children during the second week of the
Christmas holiday. Such visitation shall continue until the final hearing in

~ this matter, or until further Order of this Court.

2. SUPPORT. TYlat the husband shall pay to the wife for the support
of the miror children of the parties, the sum of $25.00 per week/per child, ~

~ said amo~nzt to be paid to the wife each and every Friday, calmencirlg on
Friday, Novenber 30, 1979. Said payment to be made through the Clerk of this
~ 'i Court and shall include the clerk statutory fee in the aelDlmt of $2.00, for a

total of $52.00 every week.
3. That the wife shall have the exclusive temporary possession of

the 1971 Oldsmobile automobile, and shall continue until the final hearing in
this matter, ar until further Order of this Court.

4. That the husband shall pay the tuition and expenses of the privat
