IN RE: The Marriage of
OLLIE BROOKS, Wife, and
WILLIAM BROOKS, Husband _
ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the Wife's Petition
for Temporary Relief and the court having heard testimony of
Wife and Husband and the court finding that the Wife is in
need of support and the Husband having the ability to pay it
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. -That the custody of the minor child of the party to
wit: ANTONIO BROOKS be with the Wife with reasonable visita-
tion rights being reserved to the Husband.
2. The parties are hereby restrained from removing the
minor child of the patties from the State of Florida except
upon written order of the court.

j 3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary child
support the sum of $25.00 per week for a period of five (5)
~ weeks and thereafter in the amount of $35.00 per week. Each
payment shall be made through the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to the Wife. Said payments shall be
made by cash, cashier's check or money order and if by mail,
the cashier's check or money order shall be sent to the Clerk
of the Court, Post Office Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florin

33450. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00

as statutory costs to be added to each payment made by the
Husband. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence address-
