I5. The mailing of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner o! record of the mortgaged premises
or directed to tl?e sa?d owner at the last address actuall furnished to the Mortgagee, or if none directed to sai~
owner at said mortgaged premises, end mailed by the~nited States mails, postage prepaid, s~sU be sufficient
notice and demand to any case ar?su?g under this instrument and required by the provisions hereof or by law.
16. If the indebtedness secured I?ereb~- be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United States Code, such
'Girls and Reggulations issued thereunder and in effect on the date hereof shall govern the rigl?ts, duties and
liabilities of tl?e parties hereto, and an~• provisions of this or other instrun?ents executed in connect?on with
said indebtedness whicl? are inconsistent with said Title or Regulations are hereby- au?endcd to eonforn? thereto.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, sad the ben~(its--and advantages shall inu¢e to, the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the singular
number shall include the plural, the plural the singular and the use of any gender shall include sll genders and
the term "Mortgagee" shall include any payee of the indebtednesB hereby secured or any transferee thereof
whether by,operataon of law or otherwise.
