to me well known, who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says
as follows:

~ 2. That my said spouse and I, as an estate by the entireties,

and St. Lucie County, Florida, property, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 F S, Block 1678 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 31, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 22, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. {
Lot 1, Block 105, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION,
SECTION 10, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 20A thru 20N, of t
the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
3. That my said spouse and I were lawfully married to each
other prior to the acquisition of title as aforesaid, that we remained
married to each other, without an intervening divorce, up to the time
of the demise of my said spouse.
4. That my said spouse became deceased on the 14th day of
October, 1979, at Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, Florida, and at
the time or death was a resident of Charlotte Cc~u~ity, Florida.
