by grants, bargains. sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in Saint Lucie County.

A failure by the Mortgagors to make payments due upon the first
Irbrtgage shall be deett~d a default of the Note secured hereby
and of this Mortgage. Nbrtgagee, if it so elects, may pay
any and all payments, d~~ges, interest, Late chaiyes and other '
fees whidi may aocnte upon any default of the first Mortgage,
' and such atrnunt so paid shall be secured by this Mortgage,
and repaid with interest at the rate specified in the Note ,
secured hereby by the Mortgagor within fifteen (15) days after '
i receipt of written notice of suds payment.

utilities that may be levied and assessed against the property
