THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my ~
wife, Lillian M. Brinton, as Executrix of this my Last Will and

ij Testament. In the event that she should not survive me or should {

j~ die within three (3) months of the date of my death, then I nomi-

C~ester, Pennsylvania, as Executrix of this my Last Will and ~

~ Testament. If my said daughter, Charlotte Lawton, should not '
i! survive me or should be unable to serve, then I hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint my son, Charles W. Brinton, Jr., as `

Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
My Executor or Executrix shall have full power and

j authority to sell~and dispose of all or any real estate, securities ~
I and personal property which. real estate, securities and personal
property may be sold or disposed of at either public or private !
~ ~ sale or sales for such price or prices and on such terms as to the' 3

' said Executor or Executrix may seem fit and proper and to make,

execute and deliver to the purchasers thereof good and sufficient I

deeds of conveyance thereof and all assignments, transfers and oth~r

~ legal instruments either necessary or convenient for passing the
title and ownership thereto without liability or responsibility on
the part of the purchasers to see to the application of the purchase
money.
