PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above

estate, alleges: j
i
• 1. The decedent, GERTRUDE LEUTHNER, a resident of St.
Lucie County, died on November 30, 1978, and Letters of Administra- 1
tion were issued to Petitioner on January 24, 1979.
2. Petitioner herewith files a final accounting contain-
ing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the com-
mencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of last
accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested 3

persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final account- i
f

3. That Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and
~ debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.

4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid
to the personal representative, attorney, accountant, appraiser or other i
agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.
5. That Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal~Revenue Service and with the Department of Rev {
~ enue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this -

~ Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for
both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. That Petition proposes to make distribution of the

assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution
