or proposed to be paid, or the proposed distribution of assets must
be filed within 30 days from the date of service hereof. '
9. That attached hereto and made a part hereof is Waiver {

and Consent executed by OTTO LEUTHNER, surviving brother and sole heir
of decedent under Last Will and Testament, waiving the final account- t?
ing, service of the Petition for Discharge of the personal representa-
tive and all notice thereof, and consenting to the distribution of the
assets of the Estate, and the payment of personal representativE's
and attorney's fees, and discharge of Personal Representative.
