(8) Upon oonfirmatian of the sale whether oonfirn~ation be by
the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title or by Order of this Court ruling
upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make distribution of the

the entry Of this Final Judgment, including the oasts of publishing the
Notice of Sale and Clerk's fee for making said sale (unless the Plaintiff,
having already paid for those two items of costs, shall be the purchaser

attorneys for the Plaintiff.

in the event such deficiency should arise as a result of said aforanentioned
sale.

(11) Zlzis Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to settle all
other questions that this Court has jurisdiction to settle under the
Complaint in which the proceedings therein had not settled by this or pre- .
~ vious Judgments or Orders in this cause, as the Couut shall dean proper in
equity and as the circinnstanoas of this case may require.
