terms thereof are in the best interests and for the benefit of all

Grantees agree to abide by each and every provision of said
Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and confirms all the
terms thereof.
Grantees confirm that all warranries, representations and
inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of ~
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or ,
guarantee is made or intended to be made or relied upon except where
the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid
Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
