FLORIDA MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EGAN, FICKETT FT. PIERCE,
INC., a corporation organized and existing under the Laws of the
State of Florida, having an address of 1900 Old Dixie Highway,
Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagor,
which term shall be construed to include the heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators, successors and assigns of the mortgagor as the con-
test may require, it being the intention of the mortgagor that
the same shall be bound hereby, does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto OKEECHOBEE COUNTY BANK, a Flagship bank, a Florida
banking corporation, having an address of 205 N, Parrott Avenue,
P, 0. Box 218, Okeechobee, Florida 33472, hereinafter called the
mortgagee, and said mortgagee's successors and assigns forever,
the following described real estate with all the buildings and
improvements now or hereafter erected thereon located in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to-wit:
