BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
EVELYN WELCH, who, upon being first duly sworn, did depose and say as
follows:
That she is the same person named as grantor in those two ~

(2) certain Warranty Deeds from Evelyn Welch to Evelyn M. Welch, Inc., }
dated April 30, 1979 and June 20, 1979 recorded in 0. R. Book 307, Page
2869, and 0. R. Book 311, Page 1852, respectively, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said Deeds conveyed certain

properties located in the Subdivision known as "Quail Acres Subdivision" s
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 1 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That at the time of the execution and recording of the afore-
. _
mentioned Deeds, your Affiant resided at #1901 York Court, Fort Pierce,
Florida, which is her homestead property and that none of the lots
conveyed by said aforementioned Deeds was or is the homestead property
of your Affiant and t'nat at the time of the coirveyances made in said
Deeds the properties conveyed then were unimproved.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
