The Motion for Contempt is hereby continued until 4 reset by any of the parties to this action. t t 2. The Motion for Discharge of Lis Pendens is denied; ;however, the Plainitff is hereby ordered to post a bond with ~ this Court on or before December 27, 1979 in the amount of E the assessed value of any property shown in the present Lis f IPendens~upon which the Plaintiff wishes the Lis Pendens to !remain in effect, said assessed value to be determine by the `assessed value as shown on the 1979 St.Lucie County tax rolls. I 4At the same time as posting the bond the Plaintiff shall file g with the Court and serve copies upon the parties a list of t ,the properties covered by the bond showing their assessed Evalues according to the 1979 St.Lucie County tax rolls. Plaintiff is further ordered to inform John Edgar Sherrard as attorney for Defendants, SUERICH ENTERPRISES,INC. and RONALD A. FISHER, on or before December 24,1979 as to which propertie ~ the Lis Pendens shall continue to effect.
